The front desk people were awesome!
They were removing wallpaper in the hotel, mild smell.

I asked for extra towels and they were at my door literally in 3 minutes with extra towels. There was always water and apples at the front door, cookies in the afternoon (which my grandson loved!). Not enough electrical outlets and like usual hotels.

Was very impressed with the service I received while at this Holiday Inn Express. Housekeeping opened and held doors for me and said hello each time I saw an employee.

The staff was very friendly and check in was fast which is much appreciated when you've been traveling all day.
Was only at the property 1 night, very brief stay, no complaints.

Easy access and location, quiet and accommodating for families.
Walls are thin so I could hear the kids next door at times.

Overall I liked the hotel. It was simple but provided everything I needed for my trip. Located outside the city with convenient access to avenues around the city. Hotel swimming pool and breakfast were available even though small. Good place to stay if just sleeping at the hotel. This was a nice hotel for my stay. I was very impressed with the cleaning staff. They had a supervisor who appeared to be checking every room and would even ask if your room was cleaned satisfactorily when she would see the guests. Very nice touch.
